Western Railway Recruitment 2016 Medical Posts (53 Vacancies)

Western Railway engagement of Contract Medical Practitioners on Fulltime Basis. Applications are invited for the posts of General Duty Medical Practitioners / Specialists at various Divisions of Western Railway from Doctors from open market. The engagement will be offered purely on contract basis for a period of one year which can be renewed as a fresh contract on year to year basis, not extendable beyond 10 years in case of Doctors from open market and not extendable beyond 05 years in case of Retired Govt. Doctors.

Selection Process: Candidates should bring their original documents / certificates for verification at the time of Interview. Selection will be through an walk in interview by a selection committee.

Age Limit: 33 Years for those having post graduate qualification, 35 Years for post Doctoral Degree holders. Relaxation of 5 yrs for SC/ST candidates.

Pay Scale: ₹ 20350 + 6600 = 26950 + other relevant allowance as per railway board guidelines issued from time to time (Approx. total Emoluments is ₹ 83,500/-).

Minimum Qualification: Post Graduate Degree or Diploma in the concerned specialty from University recognised by State / Central Government.
